At 21:15 hours a box alarm was sounded for a house fire at 371 Bethel Church Road. Rescue Engine 7 went on the scene minutes later to find a 1 story single family dwelling with heavy fire showing from all four sides, starting a defensive attack. Tanker 7 arrived and established the water supply. Chief 1 was the first arriving chief and established the "Bethel Church Command" on side Alpha. Engine 1 arrived next and advanced a back up line. After the bulk of the fire was knocked down crews moved inside to mop up. Crews worked well into the the night overhauling the structure. Good job to all.
