White Oak Volunteer Fire Department is proud to announce that two of our own have recently graduated college!

Brandon Martin graduated on April 25th from Fairmont State University in Fairmont, WV with a bachelors degree in National Security and Intelligence and a minor in Political Science. Brandon balanced college life, a job, obtaining all his necessary fire certifications, and still found time to be an active volunteer in his college community. Brandon has been a part of White Oak Fire Department his entire life, and is currently serving his West Virginia community with Nutter Fort Fire Department while he plans his next move.

Kevin "K.C." Clower graduated college on May 8th from University of Mary Washington with a bachelors degree in Business Administration and a minor in Sports Management. KC also balanced a heavy load between school, work, and still finding time to obtain his fire certifications. KC's strong work ethic and drive to succeed have made him a valued member of our department.
